Pier 400 Phase I & II

Client: Port of Los Angeles

Pier 400 is the world's largest proprietary container terminal. Built atop 484 acres of
reclaimed land, the projects encompassed grading and earth work; drainage and sanitary
systems; gas, electrical and water utilities; placement of CMB; and asphalt and concrete
paving. Phase I was the largest contract ever awarded by the Port of Los Angeles for
construction. All work was completed in time to meet the scheduling demands of the
owner and tenant. |
