Vice President of Consumer Care

$120K-$125K + options
BA/BS in Business Administration/Management or Related Field MBA would be a plus. Must have 5+ years experience in Call Center/Customer Care operations. Must have managed multiple call centers facilities. Must have hands-on experience with ACD-ARU/VRU and automated equipment. Must be heavily involved in the strategic planning and operations of the call center. Must have or had experience in consolidation of smaller call centers into a multi-purpose unit. Must have very good leadership, organizational and communication skills.
