Goal-oriented manager that can ensure quality and customer satisfaction objectives, while minimizing costs. Strong managerial and technical background, five years proven management success in high-reliability telecommunications components or equipment manufacturing; and an EE or Physics degree. Post grad studies a plus. Additional requirements include experience with the following: telecommunications, RF and/or microwave product manufacturing, manufacturing systems, ISO9000, corrective and preventive quality systems, new product introduction and qualification, failure analysis and reliability improvement. Excellent communications skills, as well as the ability to interface with customers and key internal departments.
