Quality/Reliability Senior Manager - Telecommunications

Strong managerial and technical background with minimum five years proven management successes in achieving/maintaining telecommunications qualified systems for medium to high volume production of components and sub-systems. Must have good communication skills and good customer interface, and work well with all levels of the organization, especially those in other departments and suppliers. Also experience in the following: telecommunications manufacturing, Bellcore qualification, Manufacturing systems, ISO 9000, Corrective and Preventive Quality Systems, New Product Introduction and Qualification, Failure analysis, and Reliability Improvement is desirable. An EE or physics degree is required, and post-graduate studies are a plus.
