Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN/PHN preferred, current RN licensure in California, current annual CPR certificate. Minimum one year acute care nursing experience strongly preferred, Home Health experience desirable. Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other third party payor guidelines preferred. Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English required. Knowledge of nursing process. Ability to perform all baseline clinical nursing interventions and coordinate all aspects of patient care. Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
