Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in IS environment. Project Management methodology training preferred. Demonstrated experience with implementation of Information Systems projects. Demonstrated experience in business practiced and processes of Healthcare Enterprise. Demonstrated experience in the management of complex projects and working knowledge of project management software. Very comfortable using personal computer and office automation software including word processing, spreadsheet and database. Should be familiar with Microsoft BackOffice, Win95 and Windows NT Workstation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to a demonstrated ability to bridge the terminology gap between IT and front-line staffs.
