7 years experience in the PCB industry and a BS degree or equivalent in related field. Must have excellent knowledge of PCB processing from planning through final inspection and have worked with customers in establishing Quality Programs to assure customer satisfaction. Must be able to resolve product problems and be familiar with closed loop corrective action.
