Work experience on an aircraft avionics development and production program (preferably F-16). Knowledge of avionics subsystems, preferably RF EW Systems. Must be able to conduct RF systems performance analysis, work effectively with suppliers, and prepare RFP procurement package technical contents. Familiarity with commercial practices RFP package is highly desirable.
