Trade school or military training is desired but not mandatory. Familiarity with two or more of the following skills using manual (non CNC) machines is essential: GTAW or SWAW welding, cabinetry, composite construction forming, and propellant cleaning procedures. Past rocket or aircraft related fabrication experience is highly desired. Good shop math and reading skills mandatory.
