BA Degree in Technology and a minimum of five years experience in Optical-electronic industry, and familiarity with wire bonding and microelectronics assembly equipment is preferred. Ability to take full responsibility for development, justification, implementation and follow-up on major tasks to effectively meet task criteria as to expected results. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interfacing at the subordinate, peer and superior levels, as well as, with non-technical individuals and vendors.
