Strong background in microelectronics/hybrid assembly and packaging techniques, with hands on knowledge of wire bonding, die attach and solder techniques and systems used in state-of-the-art hybrid packaging. Fiber optic experience a plus. BSEE or BS in Physics or Metallurgy is strongly preferred.
