In depth knowledge of operating systems (Win 95, Win NT). Must have desktop software applications and their interdependencies. Ability to identify and solve PC, network or security problems as they relate to each individual project and to provide the same assistance as needed to the Project Management Team. Must be customer service oriented with good communication skills and outstanding analytical skills. Internet and Intranet experience. Previous technical and problem solving experience. Win-95/NT, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, MS project), Lotus Notes client and Internet knowledge.
