Complete Disassembly and Cleaning
Jet Spray Pump Housings before Blasting
Inspect, Ultrasonic and Demagnetize all parts
Final cleaning in an ultrasonic vapor degreaser
Digital Air Gauge, Plungers, Bushings, Valves
Recondition Plungers, Bushings and Delivery Valves when possible
Pressure Test all Delivery Valves
Install New Delivery Valve Springs
Repaint Calibration Lines and Numbers on Rack
Calibrate Pump using Bacharach CAMBOX
Place Part Number on top of Pump
Repaint Pump Housings Cast Iron Gray, Black Oxide Select parts
